Web-based Interface Login Not Working

Ensure the Caps Lock key is not ON.

If you have forgotten the haiobserver or haioperator accounts, you may change them by logging in as haiadmin. See Changing Account Passwords for details.

If you have forgotten the password of the haiadmin account, you may change it via the Console UI. See Using the Console UI with Haivision Hardware for details.

If you have forgotten the hvroot password, please contact Haivision Support.
