Erratic Behavior after Update or Restart

If you have recently updated your KB, it is possible that your browser's cache is pointing to an outdated page. Clear your browser's cache, or force a browser refresh of the page.

If you have recently updated your software, some builds require that you follow a certain upgrade sequence. Consult the version's upgrade instructions to ensure an intermediary upgrade is not required.

If the Blackmagic card is not detected after an install or update, reboot the system twice to force detection.

If there is a green line at the bottom of the video, stop and restart the channel.
