Having Issues with Licensing

If the "Unlicensed" appears in the banner on the screen after you have licensed KB, reload the browser screen.

If the watermark continues to appear in the stream preview after you have licensed KB, reboot your KB system.

Your KB license dictates the number of channels that you can have running concurrently. You can create more channels than the license limit, but they cannot all be running at the same time. Similarly, you can schedule more events, but the event times cannot overlap.
