Downloading an Existing Report

To download an existing report from the web interface:

  1. In the sidebar, click Settings.

  2. Click the Reports tab. The Reports list appears:

Only the last 5 reports are listed.

  1. Click the Download icon icon next to the report you wish to download. 

  2. A notification appears confirming the report (.bin file) has been downloaded to your browser.

  3. Attach the .bin file to an email in which you explain the issue you are facing and send it to our support team via the Haivision Support Portal.
