After setting a Destination Profile, you can configure a Live encoding using a pattern to test communication between the unit and the destination receiver.

From the web interface, in the sidebar click Streaming > Input/Output.

In the Pattern dropdown, select a pattern: color circles, color bars, black.

Select the resolution in the Pattern Standard dropdown.

Click the Apply button.

Click the Streams tab and click the

Edit the stream by selecting Pattern in the Video Source dropdown.

Click the Save button.

Start the live by clicking the
The live starts and the pattern appears.
