Accessing an Appliance Interface

To access an appliance's web interface:

  1. Click Appliances in the sidebar.

  2. Click the More Options icon next to the appliance you wish to access.

  3. Select Remote Control icon Access Interface.

The appliance's web interface opens in a new tab.

Note

  • It may take a few seconds to access the appliance interface as it creates the SSH tunnel.

  • Your appliances must meet certain network requirements to connect and be controlled by Hub 360. Please see the Haivision Product Security Guide that is available in the Support Portal for these specific requirements for your appliances.
