Adding Behaviors

To add a behavior:

  1. Click the user icon in the top right corner.

  2. Click Admin > Resources to access the Resources home page.

  3. Click Rooms on the left navigation pane.

  4. Click the Room containing the Activity to edit.

  5. Click the Activities tab.

  6. Click the activity to edit.

  7. Click the Behaviors tab.


  8. Click Add Behavior. The Add Behavior panel opens on the right.


  9. (Optional) Click the checkbox next to Loop Behavior to have the behavior, once executed, continuously run until stopped.

  10. (Optional) Click the checkbox next to Hide Behavior to have the behavior not appear inside the activity, but only appear when editing the room. This can be useful if the behavior will be invoked from an external system via an API call. See API Behavior Control for more information.

  11. Enter a Behavior Name.

  12. Select an icon to represent the behavior.

  13. (Optional) Enter Tags, a Description, and Xref.

  14. Click Next.

  15. Click Add Action and select Delay, Device, Audio, or Display.

  16. Add as many actions as desired.

    Note

    Clicking the

    icon on an action allows you to move it up or down in the behavior or remove it. You can also click and hold the drag handle to move an action.

  17. When finished, click Save Behavior.
