Reinstalling Thinfinity

This section describes how to reinstall and set up Thinfinity.

Before continuing, please note:

  • The processes in this section are only necessary when upgrading Command 360 environments with a VM CineAgent license.

  • The Thinfinity license must be deactivated and documented before upgrading Command 360. Otherwise, the license is essentially forfeited. See Deactivating the Thinfinity License for more information.

  • If you have not purchased a VM CineAgent license, you can safely skip this section.
