Please note that the plates are passive.
The V-Mount or Gold Mount batteries do not provide power to either the Falkon X2 or the connected camera via the plates.
Both plates are either V-Mount or Gold Mount. A mixed configuration is not available.

To power the camera, a dedicated cable must be connected directly from the battery or the V-Mount or Gold Mount plate to the camera (DTAP to camera DC input cable).
To power the Falkon X2 (in addition to its internal battery), use the DTAP to USB-C cable included with the unit.
