Machine Type

Four types of machines can be added to the Command 360 platform:

• Site Manager
• Resource Manager
• CineAgent
• Resource Appliance

During system installation, at least one Site Manager and Resource Manager must be added to initialize Command 360. This enables creation of user accounts, additional machine types, and resource appliances. Because of this requirement, a combination Site and Resource Manager option is provided to streamline installation.

After installing the root site and resource appliance, additional resources must be configured to further define the system. When initial system deployment is complete, access the Select Machine Type option via the organization's Command 360 URL [https://org-name.command360.org].
