Configuring Transcoders
You must first define one or more Transcoders before you can define a Stream. Each Transcoder is a user-defined set of parameters to apply when re-encoding the audio/video.

Transcoding is defined as the process of converting an encoded media stream or object from one format to another. This may be done in cases where a target device (or workflow) does not support the format, has limited network bandwidth or storage capacity that mandates a reduced stream size, or to convert incompatible or obsolete data to a better supported or modern format.
