To upload a previously downloaded backup file:

On the Backup/Restore pane, drag a file to the drop area or click Choose a file, and select a file to upload in the Open File dialog.
The backup file must be a .zip file with the following syntax: backup-nnnnnnnnnn.zip. -
Click Upload. The file is now added to the Download Backup and Restore Backup lists.
