Editing Activities

An existing activity's name, description, icon, access groups, and asset transitions can be edited as needed.

To edit an activity:

  1. Click the user icon in the top right corner and click Admin > Resources.
  2. Click Rooms on the left navigation pane.

  3. Click the room containing the activity to edit.
  4. Click the Activities tab.

  5. Click the
     icon next to the activity to edit.

  6. Click Edit. The Edit Activity side panel opens on the right.

    • Edit the Activity Name.
    • Edit the Description.
    • Select a new icon.
    • Edit the Access Groups with permission to view the activity.
  7. Use the Asset Transition In and Asset Transition Out drop-downs to change how the assets appear or leave the display for this activity.


  8. Click Save Activity.
