Connecting to the Network

To connect the Network Interface

  1. Connect the Makito X’s network port to the IP network using an Ethernet UTP cable (type Cat 5 or higher).

  1. You can now telnet to the unit or connect via the Web interface.

Note

To connect the serial interface (if applicable, SDI only), please refer to Serial Interface Setup (Makito X SDI) in the Makito X Encoder User's Guide.
