Configuring Audio Encoders

From the Audio Encoder pages, you can configure up to sixteen independent audio channels to apply to one or multiple streams. You can also start, mute, and stop each audio encoder, as well as display statistics for the encoder.

The Makito X4 is capable of encoding up to 32 channels of audio in channel pair groups.

On systems licensed for SMPTE ST 2110 input with the Personality set to ST 2110, the available inputs for audio encoders are ST 2110 essences. For more information, see Configuring ST 2110 Inputs.
