Connect to the Network

To connect to the Network Interface:

  1. Connect network ports 1 or 2 (or both) to the IP network using an Ethernet UTP cable (type Cat 5 or higher).

Tip

Both network ports can be connected at the same time. Connection over two distinct subnets allows you to partition streaming and management services. 

  1. You can now telnet to the unit or connect via the Web interface.
