HMP stores HotMarks that indicate points of interest in a video. Each HotMark is a metadata bookmark that allows viewers to reference points of interest in the video. From the REST API, programmers can add HotMarks to annotate a video (active or completed). See (4.1) Create a HotMark on a Recording and (4.1) Video HotMarks.
