To download system updates:

Log in to the Haivision Support Portal at https://support.haivision.com.

Click the Software Releases link.

Under the Haivision Gateway heading, select the upgrade package you wish to install.

Save the selected .zip file to your local computer or network.

Extract the update file from the .zip file using a zip file utility.
Proceed to (4.0.1) Installing an Update Package to install the update.
