Actions

The Actions tab lists all supported and archived actions associated with the custom profile. Actions can be the default button press actions associated with the derived profile, or custom actions created for the custom profile.

Adding Custom Actions

To add a custom action:

  1. Click the user icon in the top right and click  Admin  >  Resources  to access the Resources homepage. 

  2. Click the  Devices  option on the left navigation column.

  3. Click the Custom Profiles tab.

  4. Click the name of the custom profile you wish to edit. The Custom Profile Properties side panel opens.

  5. Click the Actions tab.



  6. Under the Actions tab, click the Manage Actions button.

  7. Click Add Custom Action.



  8. Enter an Action Name.

  9. Enter the Action to be performed.

  10. Click Save Actions.


Archiving and Restoring Actions

To archive an action:

  1. Click the name of the custom profile you wish to edit. The Custom Profile Properties side panel opens.

  2. Under the Actions tab, click the Manage Actions button.

  3. If not already selected, click the Active tab.

  4. Above the action you wish to archive, click Archive Supported Action. Archived actions can be found under the Archived tab and restored at any time.



  5. Click Save Actions.


To restore an archived action:

  1. Click the name of the custom profile you wish to edit. The Custom Profile Properties side panel opens.

  2. Under the Actions tab, click the Manage Actions button.

  3. Click the Archived tab.

  4. Above the action you wish to restore, click Restore Supported Action. The restored action appears under the Active tab.



  5. Click Save Actions.
