Generating a Certificate Signing Request
If you do not have a certificate issued by a trusted Certificate Authority (CA), you can at this point generate a certificate signing request (CSR), based on the newly configured hostname and domain name.
To generate a certificate signing request on the Makito X Series via the Web Interface, do the following:
On the Administration > Certificates page, click Generate…
Enter a Name for the certificate (the same name will be used for both CSR and signed certificate).
Choose Certificate Signing Request from the Sign menu.
Enter Subject details (e.g. "/C=US/ST=Maine..."), or leave blank to have the encoder or decoder add its own details.
Click Generate.
