Selecting a Record Profile

You can select different record profiles for:

  • Live + Auto-record

  • Record only

Note

When the Live Profile is configured to encode the video in H.265 format, the Record profile used for Auto-record must be in H.264 format.

Unit Panel

You can select a Record Profile from the Unit Panel when you are starting a Live or a Record. See (6.0-Air-Pro3-Rack3) Starting a Record and (6.0-Air-Pro3-Rack3) Starting a Live.

Web Interface

  1. From the Dashboard, in the Streams section, click the 001658.png icon. The encoder's current settings appear:

  2. Select a pre-defined Record Profile from the dropdown list.

  3. If desired, activate the Auto-Forward toggle.

Note

  • When this option is enabled, a Forward starts automatically when a Live starts.

  • The record profile used for the Auto-record can be different than the one used for a Record only.
