Resetting Your Password


The following instructions are for resetting the password to your account created for Play Pro and registered with Haivision. These instructions are not for resetting passwords for third-party accounts (Apple, Office 365, or Google), or HMP accounts. For help resetting the password for an HMP account, contact your administrator or refer to the HMP documentation.

If you are trying to sign in but need to reset your password:

  1. On the Welcome screen, tap the Sign In button

  2. Tap the Forgot Password? link

  3. In the Email field
    , enter the email address tied to your Play Pro account.

  4. Tap the Send Instructions button
  5. Check your email for instructions for resetting your password.
