Play ISR Settings

The following table lists the advanced stream play controls and settings.

Stay on Top

Disabled

Toggle on to keep the Play ISR window on the top level at all times. When enabled, any additional apps opened will appear behind the player window.

Tip

Exceptionally, external modal dialogs (such as Save As, or Choose Directory) will always open on top of the Play ISR application. 

Latency Setting

Balanced

Select the video playback latency from the Latency Settings dropdown. Options are: 

  • Ultra-Low (0 ms buffer)

  • Low (60 ms buffer)

  • Balanced (160 ms buffer)

  • High Quality (260 ms buffer)

Snapshot

Disabled

Configure the Data Options and Save Location for your snapshots.

To configure Data Options:

  • Toggle Save Metadata on to include metadata information with your snapshot.

  • Toggle Save Statistics on to include statistics with your snapshot.

  • Toggle Include Overlay to include the enabled metadata and VMTI overlays on your snapshot.

Note

The Include Overlay setting does not capture statistics overlays.

Snapshot saving functionality:  

  • By default, snapshots will be saved to your downloads.  

  • Snapshot names will include the date, time, input name, URL, and port; each separated by a hyphen.
    i.e.: YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS-srt-my.full.url-port.png 

Note

Snapshots without any associated data will be saved as .png files, snapshots with KLV data will be saved as .klv.json files, and snapshots with statistics data will be saved as .stats.json files.

  • To change the Save Location, click Select Location to open a file window, and select the desired destination for your snapshots.

Tip

A preview of the current Save Location is available. To go to this location on your desktop, click the  icon. 

Disable Audio

OFF

Toggle this setting ON to automatically disable audio on all connected streams. 
Disabling audio may allow for lower latency. 

Note

When this setting is turned on, audio track selection will also be disabled.
