Connecting to the Network

1. Connect the Makito X’s network port to the IP network using an Ethernet UTP cable (type Cat 5 or higher).
   
   Network and COM1 Ports (Makito X SDI, #S-292E-HDSDI2)
   
   

   

2. You can now telnet to the unit or connect via the Web interface.

To connect the serial interface (if applicable, SDI only), please refer to Serial Interface Setup (Makito X SDI) in the User's Guide.
