Connect to A/V Sources

This unit uses DisplayPort 1.4 connections that support video configurations of 4K UHD (Ultra High Definition) with resolutions up to 3840x2160p60.

To connect to Audio/Video sources:

• Connect your video source cable to the DisplayPort Input.
• Connect your video output cable from the DisplayPort Loop Output to the destination monitor. 

Note

It is not recommended to connect an HDMI video source to the DisplayPort Input, as this set-up can produce unreliable outcomes. 

For the loop output to function while the DisplayPort unit is powered down, you must have:

• A specific DisplayPort cable which has PIN 20 connected,
• A maximum cable length of 2 meters (for optimal performance, 1 meter is recommended).
