How to Uninstall Haivision Helper

To uninstall Haivision Helper on Microsoft Windows computers:

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.

  2. Open Programs and Features or click Uninstall a Program, depending on your Windows version.

  3. Select Haivision Helper from the program list.

  4. Click Uninstall.

To uninstall Haivision Helper on Apple OS X computers:

  1. An uninstaller application is included with the Haivision Helper .zip file that was downloaded from the Support Portal. If you need to re-download it, see (1.2) Downloading and Installing Haivision Helper for details.

  2. Run the uninstaller application.
