Connecting to HMP

The Play Pro app can be paired with a Haivision Media Platform (HMP) to play back HMP content or as a streaming destination for your device.

Note

Play Pro supports single sign-on (SSO) for HMP. For information on configuring SSO, please refer to the HMP user documentation.

To connect to HMP with Play Pro:

1. From the Home screen, tap Configure your Services. The Set up Services screen opens.

2. Tap Add Services.

   

3. Tap the icon under Connect a Haivision Media Platform.

   

4. Enter your HMP's URL and tap Next. 

   

5. Enter a Nickname and select an icon to identify your HMP, then tap Save.

   

The HMP's content can be viewed from the Browser. See Using the Browser for help viewing HMP content.
