Upgrading Version 4.2+

This topic describes the upgrade process for Command 360 deployments on version 4.2 and beyond.

Caution

The instructions in this topic should only be attempted with guidance from Haivision. 

To upgrade a Command 360 deployment that is on version 4.2+:

1. After obtaining the executable upgrade file, download it to the root (parent) server of the deployment you are upgrading.
   
   
2. On the root server, open a system terminal.
   
   
3. In the terminal, access the upgrade file's directory and run the .exe file.
   

   

   
   
   

4. Wait for the upgrade process to complete.
   

   

   

   Note

   After the upgrade is complete, connected CineAgents will enter the Initializing state before they are available for use again.
