Creating an Enterprise Application

Before configuring a SAML assertion, you must create an application in the Microsoft Entra ID admin center. To do this:

1. In the Microsoft Entra ID admin center, click Enterprise applications | All applications.
2. Click Create your own application.
   

   

3. In the application creation panel, configure the following:
   

   

   
   
   1. Enter an Application Name. You may enter any Enterprise Application name.
   2. Select Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery).
   3. Click Create.

After creating an application, continue to Configuring Basic SAML.
