Unlocking a SIM Card

You can unlock a SIM card from the Unit Panel only.

  1. From the Home menu, turn the wheel to select Network icon .

  2. Turn the wheel to select the desired modem and press the wheel to confirm.

  3. Turn the wheel to select Unlock icon and press the wheel to confirm.

  4. The screen reminds you of the number of attempts left to enter the PIN code to unlock the SIM card.

  5. Press the wheel to activate the keyboard and enter the PIN code.

  6. Select the Checkmark icon key and press the wheel to confirm the PIN code.

Note

If you exceed the number of attempts allowed, a message is displayed. The SIM card needs to be unlocked by entering the PUK code using another device, such as a phone or a tablet.
