From the Home menu, use the wheel to select

In the Embedded cellular modems field, press the wheel to switch the toggle button to enable or disable them.
Web Interface

From the Web Interface, click Networks on the sidebar.

Select the Interfaces page.
Interfaces screen -
From the Display dropdown, select Modem.
Display dropdown -
Check the checkbox at the top of the list to select all Modem interfaces.
Selected Modems screen -
Click the Enable or Disable buttons. This action will be applied to all Modems.
