Configuring the User account

Only the admin account can configure the accounts. As an administrator, you can enable or disable accounts and decide to give access to profiles management. 

  1. In the menu bar, click on Settings.
  2. In the sidebar, click on Security.
  3. Click on the User tab.
  4. Tick the Enable control of profiles option. 
  5. Click the Update button.

When a user account is configured, the user can log in and perform the following actions: 

  • Managing profiles (IP input and output profiles, encoders) from the INPUTS, OUTPUTS and ENCODERS sections
  • Editing the inputs associated to IP profiles, encoders and IP outputs. 
  • Ejecting encoders or IP outputs
  • Adding IP outputs

Note

Locking and unlocking actions are reserved to the admin user.
