Configuring the User account
Only the admin account can configure the accounts. As an administrator, you can enable or disable accounts and decide to give access to profiles management.
- In the menu bar, click on Settings.
- In the sidebar, click on Security.
- Click on the User tab.
- Tick the Enable control of profiles option.
- Click the Update button.
When a user account is configured, the user can log in and perform the following actions:
- Managing profiles (IP input and output profiles, encoders) from the INPUTS, OUTPUTS and ENCODERS sections
- Editing the inputs associated to IP profiles, encoders and IP outputs.
- Ejecting encoders or IP outputs
- Adding IP outputs
Note
Locking and unlocking actions are reserved to the admin user.
