Access the Application Log

Access and view real-time application logs to help with debugging, and to provide insight into the player's functionality.  

To access the logs: 

1. From the application, use the Ctrl+L keyboard shortcut to open the log tray.
   

   

2. Click Copy to copy the available log information. 
   A green check mark will appear to confirm the data has been copied. 

3. Click  to close the log tray.
