- To connect your Play 2000 STB Rev A or Play 4000 STB to Haivision Media Platform, your Havision Media Platform must be version 3.0 or higher.
- To connect your Play 2000 STB Rev B to Haivision Media Platform, your Havision Media Platform must be version 3.1 or higher.
- To connect your Play 2000 STB Rev C to Haivision Media Platform, your Havision Media Platform must be version 3.10.1 or higher.

Central Control and Security
When connected to the Haivision Media Platform, all Haivision Play Set-Top Box units can be centrally controlled and easily managed by system administrators to schedule playback, switch channels, set volume, even put STBs to sleep over nights or weekends. Access to all content is protected with AES 128/256-bit encryption along with the Haivision Media Platform’s conditional access permissions, ensuring the right people are seeing what they’re supposed to.
Easy Integration
The Haivision Play Set-Top Box series is easy to integrate with AV displays in custom-designed rooms of all kinds. Each Play Set-Top Box ships with an IR remote control, and includes integrator friendly features such as PoE+ (power over Ethernet), 3.5mm IR extender, and RS-232. Pre-built templates are readily available for use with Crestron and Harmony remotes to make custom room integrations simple.
