Configuring the Set-Top Box

The STB Settings application allows you to configure settings such as the display resolution, network, and server setup. It also includes a menu option to reset the unit to the default factory settings.

To open and close the STB Settings application, press the Settings button ( icon) on the remote control. The application opens to the Display page (or the last page visited).

Note

When your STB is connected to HMP 3.8+, the Settings button on the Play 2000/4000 remote may be disabled via the Administration > System Settings > Security > Appliance > Lock Settings button option.
