Configuring the Set-Top Box

The STB Settings application allows you to configure settings such as the display resolution, Ethernet and server setup. It also includes a menu option to reset the unit to the default display, network and server settings.

To open and close the STB Settings application, press the Settings button (

icon) on the remote control. The application opens to the Display page (or the last Settings page visited).

If Haivision Play Set-Top Box has been configured to require users to enter an Admin PIN to access the STB Settings application, you are prompted to enter your PIN

The PIN code is set by administrators from the HMP Web Interface. For more information, see your system administrator or the Haivision Media Platform Administrator's Guide.
