The MFX supports the following metadata features and specifications. 

Input: 

• Ad signalling (SCTE-104)

• AFD (SMPTE 2016)

• ATC_VITC Timecode (SMPTE 12M)

• Closed captioning (SMPTE 334-1/2, CTA-608/SDI, CTA-708/SDI)

• KLV over SDI (SMPTE 336M & MISB 0102, 0601, and 0605)

• KLV or CoT over UDP

• SDI payload ID – HDR (SMPTE 352)

Processing: 

• CoT to KLV conversion

• KLV filtering (MISB 0601, 0102 objects)

• Rate decimation (KLV over SDI)

Output:

• Ad insertion (SCTE-35)

• Asynchronous & synchronous modes (MISB 0604.2)

• CoT relay to another IP device

• High precision timecode insertion (MISB 0604.2)

• Mission ID and security data set insertion

• NATO Digital Motion Imagery Standard (STANAG 4609)

• Timestamps (MISB 0604.2
