Managing Security Policies

From the Policies page, administrators can set Transport Layer Security (TLS) policies such as the accepted TLS versions and the reverse-path filter.

Important

The TLS Version and RP Filter settings are not preserved across software updates and need to be re-applied when running a new version.

To view and manage the Security policies for the encoder:

1. Click Security on the sidebar, and select the Policies tab.
   The Policies page opens.

   

2. Select one or more TLS versions. For details, see Policy Settings.

3. (Optional) Select the RP (Reverse Path) filter. For details, see Policy Settings.

4. Your changes will be applied automatically, but will not be preserved across software updates.
