Enabling/Disabling Hub Control

By default, Hub control is enabled on all appliances. Disabling Hub control on an appliance temporarily excludes it from automatic assignment; the appliance disconnects from Hub 360 but remains registered in the Hub 360 database.

To enable or disable Hub control on an appliance:

  1. Click Appliances in the sidebar.
  2. Click the checkbox next to each appliance you wish to enable or disable Hub control.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Select Enable Hub Control or Disable Hub Control.
    • If you chose Enable Hub Control, the status icon updates to the current appliance status in the Appliances list.
    • If you chose Disable Hub Control, click the Disable button to confirm your choice. The status icon changes to
next to the appliance in the Appliances list.
      Disable Hub Control
