Accessing the Interface

To access Hub 360:

1. Open a browser tab and go to hub360.haivision.com. The sign-in screen appears:
   

   

2. Enter your sign-in credentials and click Sign In.

   Need help with your credentials? Click Forgot your Password? and see Resetting your Password.

If this is your first time visiting Hub 360, you start your experience with the option of taking a guided tour:

If you have already seen the tour (or you skip the tour), you enter the Master Control page whose content depends on your organization and your account permissions.
