System Requirements

The OS requirements depend on the version of Haivision Helper you choose to use:

  • Windows User and Enterprise — Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10+

  • macOS User — Apple macOS 10.7+

  • macOS Enterprise — Apple macOS 10.13+

Important

If using the Microsoft Edge browser, the "allow localhost loopback" setting must be enabled for Haivision Helper to function.

  1. In the Edge browser, type about:flags in the address bar and press Enter.

  2. Check the "allow localhost loopback" checkbox.

  3. Restart the browser for the change to take effect.
