System Requirements

Haivision Helper can be installed on computers running Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10, or Apple OS X version 10.7 and higher.

Important

If using the Microsoft Edge browser, the "allow localhost loopback" setting must be enabled for Haivision Helper to function.

  1. In the Edge browser, type about:flags in the address bar and press Enter.
  2. Check the "allow localhost loopback" checkbox.
  3. Restart the browser for the change to take effect.
