Downloading and Installing Haivision Helper

1. Open Haivision’s Support Portal to “Software, Updates and Manuals” at: https://support.haivision.com

2. Find the Haivision Helper application, select the Mac or Windows package, and follow the links to download the package.

3. Accept the Software End User License Agreement, and click Download File.

4. A .zip archive (containing the OS X installer) or an .msi installer for Windows will be downloaded to your computer.

5. (OS X) Expand the .zip file and extract the package files.

6. Run the installer and follow the instructions.

Once installed, Haivision Helper is configured to start automatically whenever a user logs in to their computer.
