To log into the VCMS service:
- Open your browser.
- Enter the following URL: cloud2.haivision.com
At the sign-in screen, provide your sign-in credentials.
Warning
Information regarding your credentials should always be safe-guarded. For security purposes, change your passwords as soon as possible. The factory-set passwords are provided in the Important Notice document or Welcome email.
- If this is your first time to sign in, you may see an end user license agreement (EULA) screen. Read and accept the end user license agreement to proceed.
