Smart Tracking provides complete visibility into your users' activities in real-time including timelines, ads, metadata, events, and view specifics. Use this information to ensure high-quality customer service. The overview of general KPIs can be viewed for various time ranges and filtered by such factors as All, Played, Playing, Error, Warning, Healthy Sessions. etc. or fine tuned with the any of the available dimensions. You can even use Smart Tracking to access specific details on a particular user experience by searching on a User ID or IP.
There are two predefined views: Tracking Video and Tracking Sessions.
