Configuring HMP Single Sign-On with Active Directory Federated Services

Active Directory Federation Services allows organizations to use Single Sign-On (SSO) access with other applications or services. HMP provides support for single sign-on (SSO) integration using SAML 2.0, OAuth2, or WS-Fed when connected to an AD or AzureAD environment. This integration is enabled by exchanging a set of parameters between the HMP server (the service provider) and the AD FS authentication server (the identity provider) via their respective web interfaces. This tutorial describes the integration in some detail, using an example based on the SAML 2.0 SSO protocol.

The screenshots and steps presented in this tutorial are for Windows Server 2012. The steps may vary slightly with a different version.
