Clearing the Media Platform Server

When there is a pairing error, the Disconnect button becomes a Clear button to allow you to clear the error record, the pairing status returns to "Not paired", and the text boxes in the screen are cleared.

To clear the pairing settings:

  1. In your Media Gateway browser tab, in the side menu under Administration, click Configuration.
  2. Click Media Platform in the navigation toolbar.
  3. Click the Clear button.
  4. Click Confirm that you want to clear the pairing settings.
