Updating the CineAgent 4 Gen2 BIOS

Note

Before proceeding, please note:

• This process is only for CineAgent 4 Gen2 appliances with AMD graphics.

• Perform this update prior to running the 4.4 ISO on the CineAgent.

To update the BIOS:

1. Extract the zip file to the C: drive to create the directory: C:\AMD-AGENT-BIOS\

2. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command:

   CODE

   "C:\AMD-AGENT-BIOS\Flasher-Utility\AFUWINx64.exe" "C:\AMD-AGENT-BIOS\BIOS-File\IMB20001.50A" /p /b /n /CAPSULE /REBOOT

3. Wait for the BIOS flash to complete. The utility will erase, program, verify, then reboot automatically.

Important

Do not power off the system or interrupt the update process once it starts.
